The 1-2-3 Go method is designed to guide and assist you through the early phases of starting and developing your own small business.  Gathering information, understanding what needs to be done, and performing all the activities needed to start a small business, can be time consuming and appear extremely complex.  However, much of the effort can be simplified and the process made easier, if you take an organized approach and plan your activities wisely.

The life cycle of any business consists of five phases:

• Delivery  - Feasibility of being able to deliver the product or service is considered.

2 - DECISION PHASE

• Your product or service - Is it feasible and deliverable?
• The Market - Is there a sizable, long term, market for your product?
